consignment, the smugglers shall be severely punished. (11) Should any British goods be taken out of any godown without due investigation by the Investigation Department, and without a permit granted to them in violation of Regula- tion (IV), it shall be treated as wilful snuggling of British goods, and shall be dealt with in accordance with Regulation (VIII) when seized.

(12) During the extended Anti-British Boycott, no person shall enter into any financial agreement with any Britisher or store any goods in a British godown. Any offender shall be liable to severe punishment.

(13) Any person who is dissatisfied with any fine or punishment imposed on him under these regulations may make an appeal to the Executive Committee for further considerat- ion within 7 days from the date of the publication of the fine or punishment. No appeal shall be made after the expiry of the period, and no opposition shall be made against any decision that may be made after further consideration. (14) These regulations when found incomplete shall be subject to amendment at a meeting on the suggestion of more

than two members of the Executive Committee.

(15) These regulations shall be null and void at the tennination of the Anti-British Boycott.
